Most Common Reasons for Unhappiness

This article is the best I have come across to list the most common reasons for unhappiness. The reasons being:

  • Lack of meaning in life
  • Obsession with past or future
  • Feeling out of shape and unhealthy
  • Comparing oneself to others
  • Focusing on negatives
  • Perfectionism and fear of failure
  • A low self esteem
  • All Work and no play
  • Neglecting personal relationships
  • Procrastination

These are the ones that hog my brain on a day-to-day basis eating away my happiness. Just acknowledging the presence of these issues is enough. A solution to fix this will be on its way.
